At The Archive Hollywood, we specialize in regional, in-person garment rentals for stylists, performers, and creative professionals across Los Angeles and Southern California. Due to the unique, high-value, and time-sensitive nature of our inventory, we do not offer shipping of any kind.
1. In-Person Pickup Only
All garments and accessories rented from Marcosquared LLC must be picked up and returned in person at our showroom:

Pickup and return times must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins for pickup or return may not be accommodated without a confirmed appointment.
2. No Delivery or Courier Service
Marcosquared LLC does not provide courier services, same-day delivery, or third-party shipping. Clients are solely responsible for coordinating their own in-person transportation of garments. Any damage or loss incurred during client-arranged transport is the client’s responsibility.
3. Responsibility During Transit
Once garments leave our premises—regardless of who is transporting them—the client assumes full liability for the condition, safety, and timely return of all rented items. Marcosquared LLC is not responsible for:

Delays due to traffic, weather, or client logistics

Damage during transport by the client or their representative

Loss or theft during transit
4. Special Arrangements (Case-by-Case)
In very limited and pre-approved cases, clients may request special handling accommodations. Approval is solely at the discretion of Marcosquared LLC and must be confirmed in writing. Additional fees and a liability waiver will apply.
